McKayla Rose Maroney, also known as 'Mack Air Maroney' is a famous American gymnast, who was awarded an Olympic gold medal for the US Olympics gymnastics team, as well as an individual silver medal in vaulting at the 2012 Summer Olympic Games. It was her involvement with sports when she was a kid which prompted McKayla to begin training in gymnastics. She is a specialist in vaulting. She is the only gymnast to succeed in defending her gold medal, which she first won at the 2011 World Championship, and later, she won it at the 2013 Championship.
